THE OLD WAY AND THE NEW
If you have a product to sell or not it doesn't really matter at this point. There are lots of different ways you could be making money online!
You could be promoting someone else's product, or you could be promoting your own product or website.
The truth is, the time is now!
The internet has opened up an opportunity to many people. Nothing like this could be happening just 15 years ago.
THE OLD WAY
In the old days, if you wanted to own a business you'd need:
- a big loan or investment (this would mean a big interest rate and a constant financial pain)
- a physical store open to the public (implying electricity bills, rent, furniture and so on)
- a big initial investment in advertisement (otherwise people wouldn't be aware your business exists)
- one or several employees (meaning lots of taxes and salaries to pay)
- an accountant and/or a lawyer (to take care of the legality of your store)
And all this translates into:
- TOTAL FINANCIAL INVESTMENT OVER 100 000 DOLLARS (I'm aiming low here)
- TOTAL TIME INVESTMENT OF OVER 6 MONTHS (again it can take you a lot longer to get your business up and running using the old way) |
THE NEW WAY

Now to own your business you need:
- a product (yours or someone else's)
- a website (you can own your website for as low as $25)
- a credit card processor (so you can accept credit card payments)
- advertising
And this means:
- Money wise you can have your business up and running with a website, a product, and advertising running for less than 100$ (Ok, for the sake of contrast I admit this is a pretty high figure, but you can start with a smaller investment.)
- Time investment can be of only 1 week! (Again I tend to over do it, you can have a business up and running in 48 hours, and some people can do this in just a few hours) |
As you can see the internet has brought an opportunity to people who otherwise would never be able to own a business. It's no surprise why so many people are quitting their job and going online. You can too!
I'm not saying you will have your business up and running in one week because that takes a big time investment from you. But it is possible to achieve this.
This is all it comes down to...
All you need is
